Arts on the Allegheny
The mission of Arts on the Allegheny is to enrich the cultural life of western Pennsylvania by presenting free, high quality arts and entertainment at the John P. Murtha Amphitheater and other venues. In 2007, Kittanning Borough Council selected a committee to create a project that would utilize the Murtha Amphitheater in Kittanning’s Riverfront Park. This committee works to plan and implement the summer’s concerts.
